The 8461 keeps it square and keeps it simple: a 42 mm alloy case, 13 mm thick, an analogue dial behind mineral glass, and a quartz movement with a date window. The hands are luminous, so you can still read the time in a parking garage, on an early bus, or when the power drops. It weighs 83 grams — present on the wrist, never heavy — and the 23 mm silicone strap closes with a plain buckle: wipe it down and it keeps going.

Water resistance is 3 ATM: rain, splashes and washing your hands. Not swimming, not the shower, not the steam of a hot bathroom — nothing at this price survives that, and we would rather say so up front. It is made in Guangdong, China, and sells in Colombia in black and green for about what a night out costs.
