The 8454 keeps it simple: three hands, big Arabic numerals and a clean dial with no windows or subdials in the way. The alloy case measures 46 mm, carries a coin-edge bezel and Hardlex crystal, and the whole watch weighs about 90 grams — solid on the wrist without dragging on it. The hands are treated with luminous material so you can read the time in low light.
It runs on a 26 mm silicone strap with a buckle: easy in the heat, easy to rinse clean, and offered in black, blue or red depending on the dial, which comes in black, blue, white or brown. Quartz movement, roughly a two-year battery, no maintenance. Water resistance is 3 ATM: rain and splashes only — washing your hands, getting caught in a downpour.
