You read it two ways: luminous hands and markers up top, digital display in the middle. The upper left button fires the LED backlight, which shuts off by itself after a few seconds, so checking the time at night takes one press.
It carries auto date, day of the week, alarm with snooze, stopwatch and a second time zone, all running on quartz with roughly a two-year battery. Water resistance is 3 ATM: fine for rain and splashes, not for swimming, showering or diving. Made in Guangdong, China, and offered in gold with a champagne dial, silver with a black-and-white dial, and blue with a rose gold dial.
